Game Rules

The following rules pertain to both the use of game functions and player behavior. By entering the game, players are agreeing to understand and follow all Terms and Clauses below. Violations of these rules can result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

1. Account Ownership and Security

1.1 Account
Players are limited to one account. The party who registers an account possesses full right to in-game data and also takes full responsibility of any actions related to that account. Any private agreement between players is considered invalid and will not supersede these rules.
Please protect the security of your account. (Don’t share your password!) If your account security is compromised, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can temporarily lock the account and limit the damages.

1.2 Password

Passwords should never be shared between players! Koramgame will not take responsibility for losses incurred through password sharing, players will bear full responsibility for willful risk-taking.

Please choose a strong password, compensation for losses will not be provided in the chance that someone guesses your password.

1.3 Public computer

Each computer can only use a single account to access the game. If the game is accessed by multiple accounts from the same computer, it will be interpreted as a multi-account violation. All offending accounts will be frozen.

2. Resource transportation

2.1 Excessive resource sharing
Any account receiving excessive resources from another account will be flagged for investigation. If you suddenly receive large amounts of resources from an unknown player, let a GM know right away so you aren’t suspected of cheating.

2.2 Limitation on resource transportation
To avoid multi-account abuse, the game only allows sharing of resources to players with lower development than that of the account providing the resources.

3. Multi-account abuse

3.1 A player can have only one account active per server.

3.2 If you are unhappy with your current account, you may create a new one and start over as long as you discontinue use of the original account.

3.3 For security reasons, accounts cannot be deleted upon player request for ANY reason.

4. Bugs
Bugs should be immediately reported to Custom Service or a game administrator. Abuse of bugs be regarded as violations of game rules, and will be punished. The CoK team offers in-game rewards for the first player who files a bug report with all required information.

5. Illegal Sales and Trading
All accounts and in-game data are ultimately property of Koramgame Ltd. Third party sales of accounts, resources, or any in game items are strictly prohibited. Players are forbidden from taking any profit-seeking act in game.

6. Restrictions on player’s behaviors
The following contents are prohibited from chat, account names, personal profiles, hero names, manor names, guild mottos, strategies, or anywhere else:

a. Any obscene, hateful, sexual, racist, graphic, or otherwise offensive content;
b. Any contents offensive to players of specific religions, nationalities, genders and ages;
c. Any contents inappropriate to children, or in violation of local or international laws;
d. Any political or sensitive topics;
e. Any contents extorting or defrauding other players;
f. Any contents intended to intentionally spoil other users’ enjoyment of the game;
g. Any attempt to act as a 'GM', 'Admin' or other official representative of Koramgame to trick other players;
h. Any advertisements or endorsements of other games, media, or merchandise

7. Punishments
Punishments correspond to violations, including but not limited to:
Temporary freezing or permanent deletion of account.

7.1 Any loss player suffers during the freezing period, including resource, construction, manor and military troops, will not be compensated.

7.2 Appeal
Players can appeal any punishment to Customer Service to request an account to be unfrozen. Appeals will be addressed within 2 working days.

8. Illegal login
Any access to another players' account is strictly forbidden. Violators’ accounts will be permanently locked. Remember, Koramgame will never ask users for their passwords in game or on the public forum under any circumstance, so do not give this information to anyone, no matter how official they seem!

9. Framing
Behaviors that induce other players to violate the Game Rules, like hostile transportation or intentionally leaking your password, is forbidden.

10. Third-party tools
Any behavior including editing or decoding the game program, developing 3rd-party plug-in, or making any other changes to the game is forbidden. This game should be loaded by solely internet browsers. Any code that may cause server overloading is illegal to use.

11. Gold (In-game currency)

11.1 Compensation
Any losses of gold caused by security breaches on the user’s end will not be compensated. Any losses caused by security breaches on Koramgame’s end will be compensated as soon as possible.

If your account is hacked and you wish to take private legal action against the hacker, our team will cooperate fully in providing whatever material you need.

11.2 Violation
Violators of game rules will receive no compensation for gold purchased if their account is frozen.
11.3 Rules on sharing gold coins
If access to a single server is frozen, all gold on that server will be lost but access to gold on other servers will be unaffected. Serious violations can result in a permanent account suspension, however, in which case gold on all servers will be frozen.

12. Rule Change
Koramgame reserves the right to change or update these rules at any time.

13. Amendments on rules
Any amendments to these rules will take effect immediately. Administrators have the right and responsibility to make up any potential flaws in the Game Rules. Any players abusing flaws or loopholes in the rules will be investigated, and the rules will be corrected to prevent future abuse. In all cases, the spirit of the rules must be upheld rather than the word of the rules, and Koramgame Ltd. reserves the right to final interpretation in all cases.
