- Missions  are your guide for early game development. Following missions will keep you developing in the right direction while providing generous rewards to stimulate further growth.

-Achievements serve as longer term goals, rewarding you periodically as you reach certain milestones in civil and military progress. Each achievement has 5 levels, with each getting progressively more difficult to complete. Check in regularly to see your progress and find out which areas of development you’ve been neglecting too much.
