Deploying

Anytime you want to move a squad from one city to another, be it enemy or friendly, you will need to deploy them first. When deployed, some of the food carried by the troop will be consumed, the hero commanding the squad will lose stamina, and the squad will begin marching towards their destination. You won't be able to use the squad again until they arrive.

There are 3 ways to enter the deploy menu.
1) Click a city on the world map and select “Deploy Here”

2) Choose “Deploy Here” while viewing a city’s info panel

3) Choose Deploy while viewing one of your squads and manually select the destination.

-Choose the squads you wish to deploy and ensure that you have enough food provisions and stamina to make the march.

-See the longest march time and shortest march time for all squads selected. Your squads will march together and arrive at the latest arrival time. If you want to arrive earlier, you should go back and deselect the squad with the longest march time.

-Choose if you want to spend gold or coupons to decrease march time by 30% and/or set an exact arrival time.

-Click   when you’re ready!

Remember, if you deploy to an enemy city, your squads will enter battle automatically when they arrive. Plan carefully.

Reconnaissance

As your Tribe’s city count increases and your borders expand, it will become more and more difficult to keep your squads and food flowing to the front line. The Reconnaissance research is your most critical tool for simplifying deployment. Don’t be caught in an expanding Kingdom without upgrading reconnaissance! But remember, Reconnaissance mode can only be used periodically, you must wait for it to cool down after each use.

Reconnaissance –Decrease Stamina and Food required for deployment by 5%, decrease marching time, and increase maximum deployment range with each level. The max level will allow a Squad to deploy across the entire World map.
